Japanese Steel

This is a gift for =Betelgeux.
He's been more than only a supporter for me here and really a wonderful person. I promised him something a while ago and now I can finally present this to him (and you)...



Soooo, what is that? Unusal style for me, right?
Well, I had that katana model for quite some time now and I knew that I would need it someday. A few days ago I thought about =Betelgeux and his plans for the future and then it struck me...
Although the scene looks very simple and minimalistic I actually think that this is what the scene lives from - it's not rushed or anything, this piece is just as well thought as my other works (I try my best, at least...) so I felt that is very worth to be a gift for my friend.

I have nothing more to say, it is something I made for another person and I don't think you need to be bothered with details this time - it's just an expression of my gratitude...
