This is the promotional "poster" art for a early-90s-Personal-Computer-Arcade throwback game Ultionus.
I was totally going for a Sega Genesis/Megadrive boxart look, and have hopefully achieved that.
Done in three days using nothing but a busted up Logitech mouse.
