Dante + Noir by Dark-SpectrumDS Dante + Noir by Dark-SpectrumDS
Did you know that I never drew these two kissing? I did say that I disliked the mushy stuff but I don’t know how to draw the more advanced things yet. XD Yes, I did use a tutorial to help me with this.

I will probably scrap this later. I'll try to upload something more worth my time later on.XD

What are you talking about? This so detailed and it looks like an actual kiss. The lineart has this style to it as well and that shading is nicely done too. Overall a nice piece.

It doesn't have hundreds of comments or favorites, but that doesn't mean it's not good or it's a waste of time.

Hey, thanks a lot!:D Yeah, just looking at this piece makes me think about how much more work I should be doing though. ;u; I never drew another scene like this since then. It's been over two years already. I've been thinking about it but I never drew anything else out like it so far. I may try that since I'm on break. I have to prepare myself I guess.

As usually, I'm still not a yaoi fan, but it looks good :D

I'm not either, especially since the majority of the population cannot bear to associate this genre with original characters anymore. There's too much of that "doujinshi" crap going on and most of it is illegal if it's not actually from Japan or there's no proper permission granted and nobody does anything to them. :/

I just want to try it out and get it right. I have always wanted to draw this theme ever since I first found out about it when I was a young teenager. I have worked mostly on drawing men, although pretty unsuccessfully over the years for this reason. Part of that was of course a hefty combination of jealousy and envy of other artists who could be great and popular doing the same thing.

Hey, I would call it "gay" or "queer" art instead but I don't want people getting the wrong idea as what I do has nothing to do with these increasingly popular movements in the Western world. What I really want to do is draw men and depict them the same way as people depict women since that's okay only if the subject is a couple of girls but it's not okay if it's boys. XD

Great job as always. It looks like you've been experimenting with a new coloring technique, no? Also, the background- although I didn't notice it at first, it's what really made the characters pop out lol. Good job. :3

I love how smooth the colors are in the shading and in Dante's hair, but his horns are very lazy looking. I really do like the position for the kissing though; it makes Dante look like he's really in control of the situation and Noir is losing himself to the passion. He really looks like he wants it and Dante is just playing with him, riling him up.
