The composition is great with a nice diagonal composition. I see what you are trying to pull off which is a good thing. Proportions seem alright as well :^) Now on to the bad <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Sad)"/> The coloring is very flat and the shading doesn't help it much. As the other critique mentioned, you can see your strokes and not in the good way as in marking making. You need to play around with colors too and not coloring the skin really bothers me. The sorts are off and seem too round to have effect. Try using acrylic paint or a gel pen to pull off the glitter effects.^^
First off, i don't usually write these critiques, but since you requested.....oh well.
Well to begin, I took points off for it being a colored lineart. If you would have lined this, I would have given you maybe 4 or 4 1/2.
Vision: Technically, it is not your vision persay since it is someone else's lines, but I will see it as a "vision" in what the art direction is. Also not your fault, I think the drawing itself is too busy and the focal point is lost into the background instead of the girl.
Technique: I must say...your coloring technique is pretty good. There is lots of nice contrast which makes it pop a bit more. Your incorporation of the texture was well used as well. I do like the contrasting complementary blue and orange, but I wish the blue was tugged in a bit more to make the composition more diagonally.
Impact: I think some people will be wowed at the bright colors and details, but others will get lost in all the complicated details as well. I think if you gave the girl a light aura and darkened the main background a bit, it would pop. The picture looks goof from the thumbnail, but leaves more to be desired full size!!
