Emoticomic: Heal by DanVzare Emoticomic: Heal by DanVzare
I remember on Might and Magic VII, you could go to a church to get your characters resurrected. If you want to a goblin church, your characters would be resurrected as a zombie instead. It was quite interesting.

So, do you think he'll get into the Medical School?

Well, in the school, he could learn some new methods. ;)

LMAO and since we had already spoken about subjects on churches and resurrections some more ... yeah, Benito would be the same as well. :lmao: Lorn is probably the only "Necromancer" (since he`s also a Lich) I know of that can cast beneficial spells like Heal, Regenerate and Purify, even if he cannot go as far as Priests and Clerics can. :D

Heh, yeah. Thinking about it, this comic is very reminiscent of some stuff we discussed, despite this comic having been made years prior.

Completely and talk about literal foreshadowing as well~ :D I wonder if this Necromancer has as much goof as we had put into my Liches when discussing them if not even more than any of them (even if Benito isn`t the type of guy to goof around too much except when being with the party later in the game, in the alternative AU and when being drunk out of his ass)~ =P :lmao:

I've not used this Necromancer emote much, but yeah... I personally see him as a bit of a goofball. He actually has a bit of a story going on for him.
He became a Necromancer so he could become a rich and successful doctor. But he failed med-school because they wouldn't accept his "kill them and resurrect them as a zombie" method, as a legitimate answer. So he opened up his own business, where he would charge a fee for bringing emotes back from the dead. One of his clients became a regular (not because he kept dying, but because he kept killing), so the two got to know each other. Then the client came up with a hilarious pun, so the two of them went to tell another emote, where she then somehow put them both in a car that's about to be crushed, simply because she hates puns.

And this is all that I've come up with, based on these three comics I've made:

Two of which you've clearly already read. :D

Yeah, sometimes my imagination gets carried away. Which I think is a good thing. :D

Oh haha, mega-awesome then, diverting from the trope of a grumpy always-serious Necromancer! Kudos to you for that! ^-^ :highfive: Also yes, someone else actually made a pun on this word as well and turned it into ... well, the most bizarre thing I had ever seen being used in one way or another. "Nec-Romancer".!!!

I see and well, so then those Emoticomics could be presumed as parts of each emote`s biographies then? Also, when it comes to imagination, this is pretty much a slither of what my own imagination does when it gets carried away from my own head, like you had seen from discussions, especially when I tell you about my personal headcanons of events happening around my own characters. No need to remind me on how ridiculously bloated the comments then become, I know about that myself as well, thus no need to excuse yourself about that. My own imagination is a bloody Leviathan as well and this really shows as well both via drawings, descriptions and even dreams. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Well it is Emoticomic. So I think it's kind of natural to divert from tropes like a grumpy and serious Necromancer. After all, how would that be funny. :D
(Actually I can think of a few ways I could make that funny, it's just that it's funnier to not go that route.)

:giggle: Nec-Romancer?
:lmao: I don't think I even want to know what one of those do.

Wow, so your imagination gets carried away a whole lot further than mine does?
I have a pretty good imagination, but it sounds like yours is better. :D

Ditto (and I`m with you there as well, since is someone is too grumpy, than things can get really ridiculous really fast) despite even more buckets of fun, especially if the said grumpy people have hyperactive apprentices. :lmao: :D

Nec-Romancer, legit. :lmao:
With you as well, even though those things can be even more ridiculous if a said Nec-Romancer tries to deal with a Lich being their "Master" and other things. I can just imagine it, a Nec-Romancer trying to "teach" a Lich how to properly romance the living up (even though if you ask me, then I don`t need much romancing in the 1st place. =P) or something of that sort. Awkwardness pretty much guaranteed.

At times completely, especially when playing such open games like TES and Might & Magic. :D
Many thanks for this, even though some bits of your imagination are more unique than mine can be, thus no need to down yourself like that. ;)

Heh, a grumpy necromancer with a super hyperactive and cheeful apprentice. I could just imagine the jokes that would come out of something like that.
"Now remember, to be a necromancer you have to be very goth. So you must always wear black, always have a serious expression, and always talk about how the world deserves to be destroyed."
"Okay dokey!"
The next day he comes in with the most colourful clothes you've ever seen and a great big smile on his face, as he talks about how great life is.

Personally I see a Nec-Romancer, being interested in romancing up the dead. So I can definitely see a Nec-Romancer and a Lich being lovers. Creepily enough.

Well I suppose we both have pretty big imaginations, that's for sure. :D
