It's a sad day all these years later but your tribute sheds a tear to my eye because it's beautiful. Thank you for your great contribution to our lives Harold. Your loved and missed.

One of a few reasons why we never got a Ghostbusters III,
and had to settle with the Genderswap AU, instead.

(In case anyone was wondering, the OTHER reason was Bill Murray being stubborn.)

As for Ramis himself, I am sure he's telling jokes with his pal Mr. Dangerfield, now.

I hope Bill feels bad everyday he said no now. He done the movie way too late.

But we did. It was in the form of a video game.

I wish Harold had lived and that they did a sequel to the game

As another poster noted, "Not dead. Merely on a long term reconnaissance of the Ethereal Plane."

If only he were still alive to see the new Ghostbusters movie. That's a good thing.

R.I.P. Harold Ramis

Who knows. Maybe he will see it from where he is now.

He is missed by those of us who warned Ghostbusters as kids.
I cry'd when I saw this at the back of the second hard cover book.

I just got the 'Mass Hysteria' hardcover and was so very pleasantly surprised to find this on the last page. There couldn't have been a better place to put it than as an afterward to such a worthy celebration of the film's 30th anniversary.

Ramis may be gone, but he is definitely not forgotten.
