It's a complete Graphic Interface that replace the one of Windows.
Not very complicated to install. You install the software Talisman downloadable here -> [link]
You download my zip file (arrow turned down) and dezip it to C:\Program Files\Talisman 2\themes\
Inside Talisman rightclick\Themes\Terratheme. You're in it. If you rightclick\Themes\Set as default Talisman will start in Terratheme. More info at rightclick\Help\About Theme.
Give it a try ! If you look at my Gallery I have themes named Corvette, NightView2,Silver with cars.
And for a young who begin with computer look at my site [link] .
