Sadly, it's not the only thing that has been shut off. Sadly, I don't really like visiting Portland anymore. Even downtown Vancouver in parts is not so great. Homeless have really destroyed many things. like the park that was set on fire. There's homeless pretty much everywhere now. It's so sad.
