Merry Christmas From The Showgirls

The situation was dire
Most dire indeed
The reindeer took ill
The victims of bad feed

Santa was despondent 
His sleigh was dead in the snow
Then he saw that poster from Vegas
Where he took the wife to see a show

He now had a plan
"Yes, I'll do just that"
He'll call on the Justice Leaguer
The one in fishnets and top hat

Zatanna agreed to help
For she was a hero true 
Then came the foul weather
Now what was Santa to do?

Rudolph could light the way
Had he not been so sick
Things weren't looking good
For poor old St. Nick

Zatanna could light the path
As well as power and fly the sleigh 
But the effort would be too much
Santa knew of an easier way

He once took the wife to a concert
One featuring a singer with great flair
Yes. He would call her
He would call Alison Blaire

Dazzler was happy 
To aid in the cause
She felt honored
Helping Santa Claus

On Christmas Eve night
They boarded the sleigh
Zatanna spoke her spell
And they all went up, up and away

When the weather got rough
Dazzler struck a dramatic pose
She looked at Santa and winked
"I'm not doing this with my nose"

She turned on the Christmas music
And lit up nice and bright
She pointed her hand
And formed a search light

Come Christmas morn
Everything was pleasent
Thanks to the two special showgirls
Santa delivered every present

Within Santa's workshop
Next to the room with empty shelves
Santa danced with the Mrs.
Ali and Zatanna partied with the elves

The showgirls then went home
To find extra presents under the tree
Costumes and motorcycle parts for Ali
Costumes and new magic tricks for Zee

Back at the North Pole
Everyone waited with great anticipation
Waiting for Santa's phrase
The one that would begin the great vacation

It came when Santa faced everyone
After securing his sleigh
"Merry Christmas to all
"And to all a good day!"
