But I hold on
And I feel strong
And I Know that I can
More Wondy coming soon :> This is just... a combo-breaker.
bawwwww I listened to Oceanlab's "On A Good Day" nonstop while putting this together. I kinda dig collages. If I redid this I'd put the top picture on the bottom, though. I think it tells more a story that way. Or something. It still says "I'M SUPERGIRL" in giant letters though.
Hum hum. I really wish I could have posted the third one on its own, because it really is probably the most dramatic one out of them and my legs are barbie-grade long and sexy (in a way Barbie legs can never be), but the full one is all red spanks and that's not fun.

We pushed me out of a plane to get these pictures. No, no. I was on a trampoline. There's nothing shopped out of the first and last pictures, the middle one just had some treetops taken out of the bottom.
Then I put clouds in to make them look even higher. Visual interest and all.
HEY DC IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A SUPERGIRL MOVIE, HIRE ME FOR SOMETHING. I'LL ACT, ADVERTISE, DO PROMO, MAKE COSTUMES, WRITE, DRAW, IDK.

Oh yeah, reading the last blurb at the bottom got me thinking: you'd actually make a really phenomenal Supergirl. And I swear I don't mean this in some base, sycophantic way, you know, "hey girl i like the way u geek whats your email -moist wheeze-". That's not what I'm doing. I always thought the Smallville chick, Kristin Holt? Is that her name? I always thought, and Christ I realize this sounds bad, I always thought she looked too old to play her. Or at least too young in the context of that show; she looked older than Welling. Plus she sort of radiated that weird, contemptible Blond-Fox-News-Anchorwoman vibe. I also really didn't like her dye job but that's pushing it as far as nits are concerned so I'm just gonna move on.
Anyway, the point is that I really think you give off that innocent, dazzlingly optimistic and idealist aura that I've come to associate as the hallmark of the character.
Anyway, tl;dr yes I also feel you'd make a better Supergirl than literally ALL the others that have come before you. (Although to be honest, all but the animated ones have been kind of really fucking terrible so that's not like Nobel Prize impressive or anything. Still, though.)
Nice work.
I personally think you would make a perfect Supergirl for the movies!
It took a long time for me to decide whether to do Classic Supergirl or Turner's Supergirl. I settled on Turner's (with the intent of doing Classic later) but I was really reluctant just because of how ridiculous and impractical it is. However, I feel the costume looks a hell of a lot better in real life than it does in the comics, which is odd because most 2D media seldom looks good on real human bodies. The proportions tend to be askew.
Absolutely
