Description
In Greek they're called "Stili Tou Olympiou Dios". They are what remains of a great ancient monument, close to the center of Athens. In the back you can see the Acropolis. These colums are actually much higher than the Acropolis's, but they don't have such publicity because most of them are lost.

Too bad Greece is bankrupt, or they could have fixed these. I'd love to have seen them the way they once looked like, I can imagine something like the monuments and buildings of Washington DC.
