If you’re asking it as a question, I believe they used to be called Lady Cigarettes. At one point they also had an accessory that was a long…. Straw like thing that was supposed to be the feminine version of a pipe, although it still had the cig sticking out the end.

Some time later, and I don’t know why, they decided to just move to making lady cigarettes just longer than average cigarettes. Why are feminine cigarettes longer? No clue. But my guess would be that it was more of a leisurely accessory for women whereas a man smoking a cigarette would more than likely take a shorter, quicker smoke to not waste the cigarette. IE a smoke break at work rather than a social outing or a party.

Why did I write all of this?

Agreed. Its not just the “Instagram Supermodel” look, its just traditionally unattractive women being pushed at us like they got lost on the way to the self help seminar.
