Hey folks! I haven't updated here in a REAL LONG TIME, but since finishing my PhD in December (I'm a f*cking doctor now guys!) I've been making all kinds of exciting things. I'm gonna slowly start uploading the backlog here, but in the meantime if you wanna see what I'm up to you can follow me on instagram @hiraeth_leatherwork for leatherwork & professional crafts, or @danaan.dw for science, hiking, & pics of my dog. I have some other big-ish art-ish news to share soon, so keep an eye out for that.....pending. Hello all!It's been a while (like a year) since my last journal post, so it seems I may be a little past due for an update! First off, I'm starting grad school in August!!! I have been looking forward to this for a very long time, and I absolutely love the program and the lab I am going to be joining. There should be a lot of opportunities to participate in some really cool new research, as well as having a lot of free rein over my own research project (and my new PI is completely fine with my academic and personal obsession with mustelids, which I thought was going to take a lot more convincing ;p).
