Just like Hebrew is written right-to-left, as opposed to left-to-right of most European Languages, Jewish clocks go counter-clockwise. And they have letters instead of numbers. The Jewish Town Hall in Prague has both a western and ad Jewish clock on top of it.

It's not that they have letters instead of numbers. In Hebrew, the letters serve also as numerals. This is convenient for the numerology known as gematria.
