I don't have any way to control mites with that species. For the Mason Bees that I raise I normally harvest the cocoons and clean them to keep the mites down.
Don't remember actually -would have to go back through my gallery to find the date. I don't photograph them very often. I think that most of the jumping spider shots you see are of "pets' -specimens that are kept in a tank. Easy to get close to them cause they are almost domesticated. Wild ones are a PITA to get close to.
