Biollante stands as a grim reminder of humanity's capacity for creating unspeakable horrors. Born from a volatile patchwork of human, plant, and Kaiju DNA, she is the unintended byproduct of failed anti-Kaiju mutagen experiments. While Admiral Gondo and Dr. Shinohara originally sought a biological solution to the monster threat—an effort mockingly dubbed "bio-lattes" by Chiba—the inclusion of G-Cells into the mixture birthed a monstrosity of unparalleled scale.

Easily one of the biggest Kaiju on record, Biollante is held back by her sluggish movements. A confused lifeform unable to figure out what she is or where she fits in the natural order, Biollante is driven by a desire to destroy her genetic kindred and harbors a special animosity towards Godzilla.

Biollante remains a top-tier threat, utilizing a mix of corrosive biological weaponry and rapid cellular recovery.
