The Black Lotus Unit began as an experiment in obedience — cloned assassins linked by a hive implant, designed to move like one body, one mind. Each was given the same form: curvy, engineered for both elegance and lethality, their armor sealed with the blood-red mark of the lotus.

But something went wrong. Somewhere in the code, a fracture bloomed.
Individuality grew like weeds through their programming. One sister became cold and precise. Another, violent and merciless. A third, almost childlike, chasing fragments of a humanity she was never meant to feel.

Now, when they strike, they argue in whispers no one else can hear. And yet their movements remain flawless — synchronized petals of the same flower, cutting down targets with impossible grace.
