Description
The battlefield was choking with fire and dust when Lynx broke formation.
Her squadron screamed warnings through the comms, but she knew the truth: the enemy would not fall to precision strikes alone.
Below, the Cullframe Model X — a war titan blackened with reactor fire — pushed through the storm like a walking apocalypse. Every missile that struck its armor was swallowed by the roar of its reactor core. Its cannons lit the horizon crimson, each beam tearing apart sky and sand.
Climbing through the chaos, Lynx’s Skyfang howled against the storm. The prototype mechjet was unlike any other Siren craft: sleek, angular, painted in gunmetal gray with cobalt streaks along its wings, twin sapphire thrusters burning like stars. Designed for lone-wolf maneuvers, the Skyfang carried twin railcannons on its nose, missile pods slung under its wings, and an unstable plasma hardpoint beneath its frame — a weapon too volatile for anyone but her.
Her sisters flew in formation. Lynx flew into legend.
She banked hard, pulling away from the wingline. Alone in the burning sky, she went downright to the chaos, Widow Frame's engines flaring bright against the dust clouds. Her voice was steady as she keyed the command into the Sirens’ strike net:
“This is Lynx. Mark my signal.
Bring the fire.”
The clouds ignited with descending trails of death. Orbital bombardment rained down in blinding streaks, each impact shaking the bones of the earth. Through the inferno, the Cullframe staggered, its armor splitting, reactor vents spilling molten fury.
For a heartbeat, the world held its breath.
And then the titan collapsed.
They call her reckless. They call her fearless.
But in the Steel Sirens, Lynx is remembered as the one who brings fire in her veins — and hell from the skies.
