Harvest Festival, The Web of Fate - Path Taken
Unlike Laius, Krampus had never really had a brush in with the divine, and he was fine with this; it was a feature, not a flaw, as far as he was concerned, and even as he woke lifted his head and looked off into the distance while Laius and Vida reclined against him and spoke in hushed voices, he had very little will to change any of that. Life was... surprisingly fine now. Not perfect, mind you, but close enough that he was starting to wonder what on earth was going on.
This was never meant to be his life, Krampus was sure of it. He'd been destined for... well, maybe not exactly failure, but surely not whatever this coziness was. He'd always figured there would be pain and suffering ahead for him, but instead, he could feel the warmth of Laius blank as he barked out a laugh at something the small domestic giggled at; Krampus hadn't been paying attention to the words, so much as he was just enjoying the company. It was mind booglingly weird to him that this was just life now. The

Laius had been watching the two for a good, long while, head tilted to one side as he regarded the way both his companions seemed to interact. He'd thought it odd, the way Krampus grumbled about the small domestic, and the way Vida herself seemed to counteract that attitude with sass of her own. He'd borne witness to the way they seemed to try to divert from each other, and how they ended up lumped together regardless, almost as if they just gravitated or something. Even almost blind as he was, Laius was not dumb as to what was happening there. Still, dutiful as always towards his friends, he rolled his eyes under his blindfold and just looked away; they'll sort themselves out soon enough, he was sure of it. They, after all, had a mission to carry out here, and they shouldn't get distracted by shenanigans. Still... shenanigans do be happening, Laius thought as he turned his head to watch his companions, "Guys, have you picked up the scent of the Satyrs yet? Or are we just fooling

Grand Tournament (Round 1) - Regal Blood
The air inside the coliseum crackled with expectation as the gates were opened and the arena could finally be seen from the cage Krampus had been held in. He'd been waiting for his match to start, and had absolutely no idea whom he was being pitted against. Only that when his gate opened, he would be released and the battle would start. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple and clean, and honestly, just the way he liked things. Snorting, he took one last look at the end of the cage, where he'd been previously... not so much resting, as moving restlessly from side to side, and walked out into the sun of the arena.
From the opposite end of the sand, he could see a tan colored cat also walk out, whom, thanks to the wind being in his favor, Krampus could tell was female. Her tail was short, fluffy, curled over her rump, vaguely reminding him of some sort of feather duster. Her lean form made it obvious she was of the Regal build, slightly bigger than he was, in fact. His own scorpion tail
