The air inside the coliseum crackled with expectation as the gates were opened and the arena could finally be seen from the cage Krampus had been held in. He'd been waiting for his match to start, and had absolutely no idea whom he was being pitted against. Only that when his gate opened, he would be released and the battle would start. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple and clean, and honestly, just the way he liked things. Snorting, he took one last look at the end of the cage, where he'd been previously... not so much resting, as moving restlessly from side to side, and walked out into the sun of the arena. From the opposite end of the sand, he could see a tan colored cat also walk out, whom, thanks to the wind being in his favor, Krampus could tell was female.
