Maybe the servants were transformed so that if they ever wanted to turn back into human they needed to help the Beast legitimately win Belle's love so they couldn't just simply abandon him rather than if they were not affected by the curse like he was.

It isn't just you. I love transformations in general but I didn't want to see Beast, such a developed character turn into a blonde dude we don't know a thing about. I actualy liked him more as a beast than as a man.
