Luna's Dirigible Plum Earrings

They don't look like radishes because they WEREN'T radishes. Almost all of the posts I saw were about Luna's radish earrings and they looked just like radishes. Harry described them as looking like orangey radishes but he knew they weren't so they had to look different, no? Anyway, this is my interpretation, I'll be wearing them at the final movie (along with a long blond wig and all out costume... I feel cool).
