TEARAWAY - PART III: I FAILED YOU
Verve State allows the Consists to perform tougher techniques in combat at the cost of some serious Verve. To maintain Verve State, the Consists must land, hit, dodge or parry attacks as quickly as possible. Whoever loses access to the Verve State first is set for a 99% chance of losing the fight.
This is what's happening so far:
Dryven Boltynon notices the change in Buddy's Verve State - as tempting as it is to rush forward for an attack, he may have to keep his distance and size up his opponent first - it may be wise to focus on dodging here. Losing the Verve in this round could result in a fatal loss that none of the boys can afford right now.

DRYVEN VS. BUDDY: CURRENT STATS
DRYVEN BOLTYNON [VERVE STATE] 
When Dryven enters Verve State his speed and reflexes are enhanced. The success rate of his abilities are also increased during this state. Furthermore, his abilities such as Vervonic Projection and Perception can be performed more times without being weakened.
BUDDY KASTRULL [VERVE STATE]
Something's not right. At first, Buddy's Verve State seemed normal. But as soon as he activated it a second time he just changed. . . It's unknown exactly what the trick is here. And whatever it is, it can't be healthy. Dryven will have to keep his distance for a little bit longer.
*NOTE: The amount of Verve that a body contains is always more than the body can output. With the help of Verve State, the body can release more Verve for more power.
