LGBTQ+ Pride Month: The Arc Is Long
June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month. Create art supporting equal rights and submit it with the tag #TheArcIsLong to get a new profile badge! “Let us realize the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.” –Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Recognition and celebration of the LGBTQ+ community happens in many countries around the globe at different times. In the United States, June is recognized as LGBTQ+ Pride Month, and in the wake of a tumultuous year where the safety and well-being of LGBTQ+ people around the world has been threatened, DeviantArt’s focus for this month is on the long-standing tradition of art as a political statement to benefit the equal rights movement. Art as Political Statement Art has always served to speak to social messages and current events, especially within the equal rights movement. In the 1980s in particular, art became an important, functional means for activists to protest the US government’s deliberate ignorance of the AIDS crisis

A group on this sight for art teachers
I would start one myself but I already have 3 groups already I'm trying to manage.
Basically it should be a group for people who want to share there crafts idea, painting ideas, drawing ideas, even writing ideas because that a form of art. Just any art ideas you would love to teach in a class room, or just to some friends. the group could learn from each other and give feed back on what ideas they really liked or what art ideas they tried themselves and it didn't work out as well as they hoped it would.
I cant be the only one on here who feels the same way.
Been a while since I've been on DA. Back again now (to stay this time, unless something major happens again😅), and I must say your comics have improved a great deal since I saw them last👍👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥.
