For a while I was really interested in the old Jungle Book series after finding an old video of the Jungle Book anime with Shonen Mowgli in it. : p Very cool series, and I'm kindof sad that it seems to have came to only a couple of episodes. -_-; Can't even find it on the net anymore. It'd be a good oppurtunity for someone who would like to draw anime animals in a comic, I think. : )

Urgh, much sketchiness in this pic. -_-

Hiya, sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the link to those episodes!
I've been trying to find most of the episodes to watch for years now and it's great to be able to see the ending. ^_^

Thanks.

Awesoooome. I love all their expressions, esp. Mowgli's badassery.

Kaa's a python- you don't get anacondas or indeed any boas in India.

Yeah, I thought making Kaa in this version as big and scary as possible it might make him more interesting. xD So I kindof made him a muddle of the two, or at least "leave it fuzzy". In the original story I think there was a Cobra as well, but it wasn't called Kaa, it was called something else and guarded a load of ancient treasure or something. Think it was in one of the movie adaptions too.

Now I think about it, I should put that cobra in it. : <

Thanks for the comment. <3

Shonen Mowgli kicks tail

Years ago, when this show was still in circulation, I scarfed up at least eight VHS from Wal-Mart.
Your best bet is probably ebay/google early and often, and keep your fingers crossed

Happy hunting!

Thankies. I've only ever seen a single dvd of Shonen Mowgli in a vending game machine in the middle of Glasgow once, last year. Would be nice if the box set was in the shop somewhere instead of having to trawl ebay or google. : (

Lmao, I never really intended on him being cute, but a lot of people seem to think that way. XD

Glad you liked it. Thanks for the fave. ^^
