DA-Film

I started making art music videos for some of my friends I've met here on DA. I pick out a song that seems to fit an artist. Then in turn I pick from their art that seems to go with the song. Arrange the art to flow past the screen with various effects/transitions throw in some cartoons I'm doing, and a spiral animation I made, and bam!

I've been calling them spirals, because of a new online friend I've made who inspired my whole idea  theSpiralmeister thespiralmeister.deviantart.co… She's been around a little while now checking out my art, comments, joining my groups, and such, and become a friend, and an insperation. She like me is interested in creating abstract art, and runs a few successful groups of her own. I'm a digital abstract artist myself. Shes traditional abstract, and now also a budding abstract photographer. Well so now I've decided I need to promote digital abstract work because I feel the new emerging world of digital abstracts lacks the support of the art world in general, and yet is bursting at the seams with activity.

So together we formed a new abstract group that only allows digital works in it's gallery. We call our new group Digital-Abstract! digital-abstract.deviantart.co…

I wanted something digital to help the group stand out, so I created the spiral video. I've made a few friends in the abstract community in my two years here on DA so I asked them first if they wanted art features made in my new spiral video format. Lucky for me I've made good friends with a lot of great artists. So heres some new spirals haha
