I'd like to submit the following....
... but unfortunately, with your Group's submission limit being set to a Global setting of 1 every 7 days, it seems like everyone else is able to submit ahead of me!
Oh, geez. That sounds like a huge recipe for frustration.
As I myself have since come to know:
Group Admins can specify which Group Folder(s) can accept submissions and then set a separate limit on how many submissions can be made into those Group Folder(s), any amount from 1 to 10 [BTW the deviantART Global Setting is 10, anyway].
