Lucian Calsius is a Lieutenant in the Ultramarines Chapter 2nd Company and a veteran of the Indomitus Crusade, where he received his current rank. Due to being a relative newcomer to his Chapter, Calsius works hard to earn the respect of his Battle Brothers and has displayed bravery and wisdom in numerous battles. Besides the Indomitus Crusade, Calsius has also taken part in the Plague Wars and defeated an Ork attack on the Agri World Nova Thulium. His celebrated victory there, including personally killing the Warboss Guttrekk, proved to be the turning point that allowed the Imperium's forces to defeat an Ork invasion of the Realm of Ultramar's eastern flank. He is currently leading a strike force to aid the Imperium world Korvon II, which has been invaded by the Death Guard, his most hated foes.

Glorious work, Sister. The Emperor and Papa Smurf (Guilliman) approve. I was wondering:

I'm guessing you're pro-Ultrasmurfs. I guess some people are not. Any reason?

2. Arch mentioned the possibility of using Traitor Marine gene-seed to create Loyalists.

(e.g. The Sons of Horus and Iron Warriors) Thoughts?

3. What is your take on the missing 2nd Legions? I saw a couple of videos about the

Sons of Malal/Malice and the Legion of the Damned and was wondering if either or

both were them.

I'm sort of new to the party concerning 40k, but I enjoy it. Again, glorious work.

Под предыдущим артом по вахе хотел написать вопрос про цветные арты... а тут такое.)

Что касается критики, раз уж есть запрос на неё:
1. На мой взгляд правый наплечник не сел. Во первых слишком смещена вперёд "Ультима". Понятно, что это нужно чтобы она вообще была видно, но в данном случае из-за этого теряется форма наплечника и он теряет свой объём.
2. Смешённость фокуса. Обычно портреты центрируются на том, кого изображают. В данном случае точкой фокуса должен быть взгляд марина, соответственно лицо должно быть в центре изображения. В противном случае снижается выразительностью.

Впрочем, кто я такой, чтобы критиковать...))) Мне до таких работ, как до Пекина в известной позе.
