As a lot of you know, Thread Bound was to be a crossover game of different webcomics; Housepets!, Sandra and Woo, TwoKinds, Simon and Freddy, Dreamkeepers, Uberquest, Cheetah Kid, and Gaia. Think that was all of the comics for the primary characters, anyway.
Well, got some news regarding that.
Thread Bound is getting a near-complete retooling. One of these new changes? All webcomic characters are being replaced with original characters, so it will no longer be comic-related. A few reasons for that, that I really do think would be for the best, which ChaokoCartoons explains here;

This also means that most of the weapons designs can't be used, as a lot of them had ties to the comic characters.
Won't lie, I'm saddened by this, but if it can make for a more immersive story, I'm rooting for it, and there are already character profiles for the new characters which seem pretty interesting.
Whether or not I'll be making new weapons for this new Thread Bound remains to be seen, as I still have a lot to do for Tails of Babylon. I'm willing, but let's see what happens.
Some more news, because of the retooling, new music is being made as well, and because of that, the original soundtrack is now available to download for free. Trust me, they're great to listen to!
