Description
“Phlegethon is an archdemon of Conquest, Violence, and Domination. He spawned from a boiling river of blood in Hell, and given spirit by the tortured screams and agony of fallen conquerors. At least, that's the legend about him. Who knows if it's true.
Needless to say, he's a very bad man.
Him saying "I'll be seeing you soon" is a direct threat. He brings pain and torment to everyone who opposes him. He is insane enough to challenge the forces of Heaven, and powerful enough to pose a genuine threat even to Celestial guardians. He never tires, never quits, and every time he is defeated he comes back stronger and smarter than before.
Mirage has never met him, but she knows of him. She knows what he's like. She hears him say these things, and she knows that he just threatened her, Ollie, and everyone they care about.”

This Phlegethon sounds like the very nature of evil/darkness itself. It never fully goes away and only grows stronger as the light grows brighter. Still, quite the confident (or foolish) one to talk to Mirage like that. For his sake, I hope he can escape from the void that is her stomach.
