Phobia Phoebe

Nightmare’s strength is dependent on how much fear Phoebe is experiencing. After a certain point, though, Nightmare will fuse with her, becoming much stronger in the process. Nightmare is in control in the loosest sense of the term, as at this point, it is little more than fight-or-flight instinct, and a devastating one at that. It’ll usually go until the source of the threat is gone. This form is debilitating on Phoebe, though, causing great emotional distress. Cyber calls this her “Phobia” form.
