“Halphas’ domain is that of fortifications and armory. Once you sign a contract with him, he can manifest whichever you need to defend yourself or your region. These are temporary, though. He and the signer agree on a length of time. Should that time pass, Halphas will take everything back, but leave the signer unharmed. If the signer is killed during that time, then their soul will belong to Halphas.”
