IFXOctober Day 19 - Shadow

“Caleb is one of the nicest guys I know. Empathetic, thoughtful, a little shy. He has an ability to absorb Infernal essences from cursed objects, purifying them. The problem is that this essence can cause him to become feral if he absorbs too much. Thankfully, it’s easy to tell when he’s at capacity and stop to take time to allow this darkness to dissipate. Unfortunately, one time an Archdemon noticed this ability, trapped Caleb, and forcefully injected his demonic essence into Caleb. The harm brought upon by unleashing Caleb after this in a mortal realm was horrible.”
