I know what types these three should be!

They can be the starters, with Aboot being Grass (since you wear boots to go hiking, sometimes in grassy areas), Moople being Fire (I know, mooses and maple syrup have nothing to do with fire - but neither do monkeys or pigs or chickens or foxes or cats or whatever the heck Cyndaquill is supposed to be) and Newfie being Water.
