That Bratty Little Cousin

Was doodling in MS Paint, when I ended up with a character that looks remarkably similar to a certain 13 year old cousin of mine.

I purposely avoided attempting any detail with hands, because that's currently the area where I struggle most. I'll put more effort into hands/fingers in my future artwork.
