Since it's been a while, I'll update some of the things that have happened since my Yokohama-post. I graduated as a media-assistant (animator), and spent the summer searching for work. Since (I was stupid and) I hadn't applied for any schools in spring, I was wondering what to do, when I found out about this new game design school that was starting in Helsinki, in January. I applied and got in. I would've preferred a job, but since I'm interested in finding work in the game industry, I thought some basic knowledge about Unity and game design couldn't hurt. A year studying wouldn't be as bad as spending time at home writing work application...

Ah, maybe I should inform people here too, that I'm right now in Yokohama, Japan, where I'll be studying as an exchange student for two months in Yokohama Design College. http://www.ydc.ac.jp/eng/course/ I don't know yet what courses I will have, but I hope I get to study animation, as that's what I'm studying back in Finland as well.I made a tumblr blog about my journey, it's here: http://yokohamastakuuluu.tumblr.com It's in Finnish, but it has lots of photos and some videos, so.. yeah.
