My username is a made up word, formed by combining the Greek words exaro ("to dig"), biblia ("to read", "books", "library"), and ologist ("person", "one who"). Put it all together, and I am "one who digs good books", or an exarobibliologist.
Even though this is a made up word, I've been asked multiple times whether this is a course I teach in college, or the field i got my college degree in. I always get amused by these questions.
I love reading books! Although I respect the continuity of trilogies and series, and read them in order without skipping ahead, it's not unusual to find me reading 5-6 books at any given time. I have around 6,000 books in my personal library, with more being downloaded or added on a weekly basis!
I am normal person with opinions and feelings, just like everyone else. More specifically, I am an INTJ, with an IQ in the 180-200 range. I tend to give other geeks an inferiority complex, but I don't mean to. I'm just incredibly passionate about the things that interest me.
I've been neurodivergent (autism and ADHD, primarily) for my entire life. As a result of a car accident that I was in at the age of 12, some of the symptoms got worse (or maybe more interesting).
I also have OCPD, epilepsy, and Acquired Complex Synaesthesia (lexical-misophonia, mirror-touch, and grapheme-color). The synaesthesia primarily has affected how I view and create art. I like vividness of subject in both images and literature.
I'm a nerd. I revel in being a nerd. I'm not affected by teasing and mockery about being a nerd. Being comfortable with your stereotype gives you a great deal of power, and as a result I tend to give more sensitive nerds an inferiority complex.
I report spammers (and I usually leave absolutely epic comments filled with weaponized sarcasm to warn others not to fall for their scams - see This Is What I Do To Scammers as an example comment)
I am fiercely loyal to all of my friends, and I always stand up for my friends and what I believe in. I like helping people unreservedly. If you ever need any help, just send me a note and I'll be glad to assist you as much as I can. I figure I'll never be remembered for doing anything impressively special in life, but I hope to inspire other people, and to be remembered for all the small things I've helped in.
I only take critiques well when it's coming from someone who wants to help me improve. I don't respect criticism from people who give an art critique that also includes comments about my parenting, my mother, or other incendiary subjects that have nothing to do with actual topic of critique. I don't mind getting a negative critique; but when you critique me please do it to help me improve.
I like animals of all types, but especially owls, cats, and otters...
I love gaming, especially the tabletop RPG variety! My favorite tabletop games are Mythic (and the new Mythic Cards game). I've also played Numenara, FATE, and GURPS, Star Wars Saga Edition, Star Trek RPG (both the d6 and d20 versions), Cypher RPG, and some DnD.
I designed my own roleplaying game system called EPIC (Enjoy Playing In Character), which you can download and play from the EPIC folder in my Tabletop RPG gallery. It's been released in multiple versions already.
I have designed several other mini-RPG games, with differing mechanics (some based with cards, some with dice, one using paper-rock-scissors). I have also designed several RPG printables and GM materials for Mythic, and Star Wars: Saga Edition.
I'm also a very eclectic computer gamer. I have over 190 games in my Steam library. I prefer singleplayer and don't usually play multiplayer, but occasionally I'll break that rule.
I am the current worldwide maintainer of Geekcode. The Geek Code was developed in 1993 as a system of letters and symbols used by self-proclaimed "geeks" to provide information about their personality, appearance, interests, skills, and opinions to other geeks.
It's been through several major revisions over the years, and the current geekcode version is 2026.1.0.0. If you would like to know more about how Geekcode works, and generate your own geekcode, check out the geekcode repository on GitHub.
If you have any suggestions for tweaks to the code to be added to the geekcode, please reach out to me and I'll consider it.
Here's my geekcode...

I'm also a deviantART Ambassador, so when I'm not busy scheduling or suggesting Daily Deviations, I make suggestions for website improvements, I beta test and report bugs.
I'm an admin volunteer in @DeviantAI , @DreamUpZone, and @Community, and I run interesting contests from time to time.

Suggest DD - Browser Userscript
I don't mind it if you just want to talk. I'll listen to anyone who messages me, however if it's not a Daily Deviation suggestion or other communication I consider important, it may take me hours or days to respond back to you. I'm not ignoring you, I'm just busy.
NOTE: If I don't know you from anywhere other than deviantART, I WON'T USE ANY OTHER social networks to have a conversation with you. I ONLY use deviantART Messages for communication (NOT Discord, NOT Google Meet, NOT WhatsApp, NOT Instagram or Facebook). I DON'T want your cellphone number.
I am NOT INTERESTED in buying or selling NFT's. NFT requests will be automatically reported as Spam, and you will be blocked.
You must buy the artwork before you use any of my artwork. This is non-negotiable. I don't care how much you or your client wants this art. It's not free! Reuse, and remix of my existing artwork is not allowed. If it is not available for sale, please contact me and I will try to accommodate any reasonable offer to make it available for sale.
Check out my Originals. If you would retain my services for something that I'm not currently offering as an Original, you can contact me and I'll consider if I can take your proposal and I'll create another Original specifically for you.
I ONLY SELL through deviantART. I don't take cash, checks, travellers checks. I won't run your credit card. I don't buy or sell NFT's. I won't give you art for sex, nude pics, hugs, or your undying love and gratitude. If deviantART doesn't include the payment option you like, you must use a different payment option that deviantART accepts. I WILL NOT post or sell my work anywhere else. Do not contact me asking me to put my work up for sale someplace else, so you can buy it somewhere else.
Don't waste my time contacting me to say you're (thinking about / planning to / going to) make a proposal. If you contact me, have the proposal ready!
Proposals and commissions MUST INCLUDE the following information:
Your name, and client's name (if applicable).
Contact information for all individuals involved.
A link to the picture in my gallery you want to use, or a complete description explaining what work you want me to produce for you.
If the commission is time-sensitive, or needs to be completed by a certain day, I need to know when.
