Nope, didn't no this. And in any case, it was just a proposal, so it was never realised. Not even for a short time.
I've been following your maps for a but now and I love them 
I do have one question, something I keep noticing and can't really understand: why give Olomouc a bilingual sign in Czech and German but keep Brno and Prague monolingual in German and English? I'm fine with choosing either of the three, just wondering what caused this
