Hello there!! ^^
I'm a Mathematician with also a teaching degree that allows me to teach mathematics at the high school level. My passion is not only mathematics but also visual art. I have a great love for art!! ^^ and would love to improve my drawing skills. Would really love to create my own manga while working in a job with my wonderful mathematics!!^^.
I have been drawing since I can remember! Except i did have to stop drawing for about 6 years while I was at university T-T.
But! I'm slowly getting back into my arts! ^^

I know no ones going to read this but ah well lol ^_^.
I am thinking of getting a blog and posting my drawings and comic pages that I'm currently doing on it. But I know nothing about blogs!
Does anyone know anything about them? and where can I get one?
It was all thanks to a little comic convention that they mentioned I should go the next step and start creating my own comic and if I can put them online for people to see and comment! So I thought why not! ^_^

Finally sent my first assessment away for my online art course! Had this assessment completed like a month ago! Oppies ><. Haha was too chicken to post it. Hope it is received well! So excited and freaking out at the same time!!!

Thought I would try the journal feature today since I have never used it. Why? Cause I can!! ^_^ So far so good *knocks on desk* touch wood lol.

Practice. That's all there is.
And use photo references (or even better, real people) instead of copying poses from another drawing.
Copying from another drawing will make it likely for you to copy another person's mistakes
