Hello 3Ders!
Welcome to December's 3D Gallery-wide Bulletin! And what a month November's been! We had Project Educate: 3D Week which just finished and was a roaring success. There were articles, and contests and prizes and surprises! If you haven’t already checked it out, the content's still there, so take a look 
This month's issue is packed full of new stuff, including the winner from last month's Monthly Contest (Yes we still had one, no I didn't forget), this month's contest, with the exciting theme "Traditions", features, news and lots more.
Just before we head into it, I'd like to also introduce you guys to the 3DLibrary. This will be the main project I take on as a 3D gallery volunteer, collecting links to resources and reviews of them to store in the Library. The problem with the wonderful world of the internet is that anyone can write an article or tutorial, and especially for beginners it's hard to work out which ones to trust and use, so this is a good place to start.
Feel free to leave feedback and suggestions of things you'd like to see in future editions in the comments section.

We are starting the third of our monthly-themed contests today. This month's theme is Traditions, and will end at midnight on The 31st of December 11.59pm GMT (Click here for your local time).

Monthly Deviant Feature: Promising Artist
Each month in this bulletin, a promising and upcoming artist will be featured. This is an artist who shows a lot of potential and vast improvement is evident through their gallery. You are welcome to note me suggestions for next month's candidate just as you would note me a Daily Deviation suggestion.
This month, our featured deviant is AGhostDreamCG
AGhostDreamCG's gallery is full of really fantastic sculpts. She really seems to be pushing herself to improve her work and get the most out of what she does. I love the idea behind the pieces in her gallery, and you can see she came from a strong 2D and traditional background. I'm hoping to see some lighter pieces from her, as her wonderful gallery is a bit too dark to see properly. Here's a few cool pieces from her gallery:

Each month in this bulletin, an outstanding 3D artist will be featured. This is an artist who has many high quality works of art in his gallery, and we take the opportunity to look at their work as a whole. Again, you are welcome to note me suggestions for next month's candidate just as you would note me a Daily Deviation suggestion.
This month, our featured deviant is veprikov
There's something unique about veprikov's art that takes creepy and bizarre and somehow appeals to our inner child. His work is suggested to me on a regular basis to be featured, and since I can't feature them all as daily deviations, I wanted to introduce you all to his artwork here.
