It won't matter what you're doing when the Ultimate Upgrade happens, when your Earpods activate it will become your only priority. Cybus knows that the brains they have in their control are just too chaotic with free will and emotion, they are just fixing what belongs to them
Cybus will always make the best decisions for you. Some may protest at the Upgrade but with the Earpods that's never a problem
