I apologize to everyone I was watching, and everyone who was watching, commenting, faving and collecting. Cyborg Butterfly went out of business in April of last year and I hadn't the heart to deal with any of the issues of the closing until tax time rolled around. I also killed my hard drive last year, losing all the pictures of my sold works, except for the ones posted here; very aggravating.

Are you aware of the Orphan Works Bill? I was recently made aware through an online gallery of this legislation that seriously threatens the livelihood of all small business artists. Under the terms of this act, any work could feasibly be termed 'orphaned' and be used without permission of the artist by anyone, for any purpose. So, my third show was also at Cool River, and I actually made a sale! No, hold your applause till the end, thank you~ Yes, a lady bought one of my art glass pendants and a pair of my Minimalist Techno Grape earrings. One sale, but it made me feel very bouncy. I set up in Round Rock last Sunday, show # 4, and made two sales to two different people, yay! One lady bought a pair of earrings and another lady bought earrings and a pendant. I was very pleased, since it was hot as hell and we were set up outside.

I'm trying! I was so busy with shows for the last few months of 2008 and making people's Christmas gifts, I had no time for anything. Also, I was without internet for two weeks this month due to some major backyard renovations... There's just never enough time!
