I studied to be an industrial designer and as such made a lot of traditional hand illustrations, presentation models and prototypes.

In the past few years though I have taken up the hobby of living history.
I have to make many things myself because one can hardly buy anything in a shop that holds up to close examination in respect to historical correctness.

I love to experiment and find out how things were done "back then" since there are huge gaps in the recording of how things were done precisely.

My aim is to replicate items of the material culture of the mid 14th century in a manner that the look and feel as well as the production method is authentic.
