Mechanical Doombringer, Black Luster

Daedara Artifa's eyes are hyper-sensitive to light. As a kid she had trouble playing outside and as a result had difficulty making friends. When she had to play outside, she went into a cave. One day, she found a dragon hatchling there, abandoned by his mother. Daedara befriended the dragon and called him Blackey, because of his jet-black hide. She visited Blackey regularly, bringing food. They ate together, they played together and formed a strong together. They grew up together.

However, one dreadful day when Daedara and Blackey were playing together, hunters showed up, killed Blackey and carved him for materials, right in front of Daedara. The hunters saw the trauma in Daedara's eyes, mistaking it for her being attacked by the dragon. They believed themselves to be heroes and brought Daedara home.

They took Daedara's only friend. She decides to start a project, spanning decades, to honor her friend.

20 years later, on her orbital research and development facility Metal Earth, her project finally took form. Black Luster was created, a titanic war-machine built in Blackey's image. With his, Daedara will satisfy her rage against all of man-kind.

There is only one design flaw, and a major one at that. Black Luster is way too heavy. If he were to stand on Earth's surface, subjected to its gravity, he would collapse under his own weight. While that's something Daedara still has to work on, Black Luster can be operated just fine from Metal Earth. His weapons can still reach targets on Earth. Black Luster has powerful plasma weapons that equate to a thousand lightning strikes. For close-range combat, he has a flamethrower in his mouth, which uses a special fuel to create green flames that can melt even heat-resistant armor.
