That moment when you realise that if any one of the numerous apocalypse and post-apocalypse games became a thing America would actually be better for it.

Yes, but since I was born here, I guess that means I have obligations? Cause like...I should be grateful to be born in such a piss-poor system that couldn't care less about a triple threat minority, cause AR NASHUN IZ PROWD. Or something. LOL

Half the reason I didn't give a crap about school was because half the time they didn't give a crap about me. You wanna move, you do it.

It's one thing to fantasize post-apocalyptia, it's another thing entirely to wish for it full force in real life regardless of the state the world is in.

I'd personally rather NOT do that. Thank you.

Here's the thing, though.

So many of these games have already shown what would happen if this stuff got out of control, ever since the original Left 4 Dead and maybe even before that, plus there have been tons of zombie survival films and guides that have given people a fair idea of how to survive. Therefore, when something like a zombie outbreak or monster attack or whatever hits the news, it'll affect maybe three towns, maybe a whole state at worst depending on the geography, power of the forces involved, be they strategical, financial or physical, firearm-to-person ratio and in some cases political stance before the thing is contained and obliterated.

Example: If for some reason there was a zombie infestation in Texas, I figure between the police, the crazies and the multitude of firearms they'd spread to maybe three towns before they were all obliterated, but assuming the army could mobilise fast enough they'd be able to contain it to just one.
