Zeiko was playing with the darkness again. Zeito watched her, quietly impressed at her control. The genderbend created a ball of darkness, moved it up, down and around, then part of it tapered off and flowed upwards, and the rest of it followed. Zeiko moved the stream up and down and around. Zeito left his sister to his training and headed to the kitchen to get a drink. Halfway there, he passed a bookshelf with a single volume sticking out. Thinking nothing of it, he brought his hand up and pushed the book in - and took an abrupt step backwards as the bookshelf slid aside to reveal a passageway leading downwards. Rolling his eyes at the cliche, he stepped into the passage to investigate. The dark Shion descended in a spiral, taking note of how clean everything seemed. Light around the next bend and suddenly Zeito was standing in a lab. He looked about. Black - Showdown
Zeito gazed at Taito, in all his blood spattered, one-eyed glory. Kiku Jion, Taito’s girlfriend of two months, had sent a message to the yandere Shion, demanding that he face her in combat, yandere to yandere. And now they were in his room, getting ready. “Are you sure you want to do this?” Taito nodded. “Yeah... Suddenly, his ears picked up the soud of sniffling and sobbing, coming from behind the wall. Contrary to what Akaito says about him, Zeito does in fact have emotions and a heart. Which is why he immediately straightened off the tree and went to investigate. What he found shocked him.
On his knees.
Mask carelessly discarded.
Face in his hands.
Zeito immediately swept him up into a hug. The little shadow Shion squeezed him back and continued crying for a while, Zeito murmuring words of comfort into his ear and moving back to lean against the wall. Eventually the little one calmed down enough to ask “Why do Nigaito and Nigaiko hate us?” Zeito stroked his hair. “They don’t hate us, Kage. They’re just scared of us because Akaito lies to them.” “W-why does he do that?
