I always enjoy it when you paint bones in pixel art. Amazed at the value transition and accuracy with pixels, and of course it just looks bad ass! Great Piece!

I do love its zoology-book-plate style, and the comparison with an average human. Also the design, with thicker leg bones and lower spine, and a greater number of toes, make sense, in order to support its weigh. It all adds feasibility to the artwork.
I'd assumed the extra polydactyl digits were meant as a reference to six-toed biblical Gibborim.
Okay... I didn't know that reference, thank you! I opted for a more biomechanical explanation for the polydactyly, but the folkloric, or cultural, one is relevant too.

Very nice inclusion of the 6 digits on each limb just like in recent giant sightings.
If by 'recent' you mean, 'literally the only feature that they were said to have in the Biblical works besides being large,' then yes.
