This image uses the Ruth's Redemption environment prop available at DAZ3D's store. I turned off most of the objects (other buildings, etc.) in the prop, leaving just the building they are up against (and its support struts, which are casting some of the shadows), ground and the sand. Lighting is just Lux's Sun+Sky (the rifle and Klank have a couple surfaces changed to emitters as well, but they don't light the scene at all); I did a few test renders before I settled on the angle here and the resulting shadows it casts over the girl. The two figures were already set up for Reality from a prior render I did with them; I have them saved off as one of my 'character scenes' for merging in to new scenes to re-use, complete with all their Reality material tweaks. And for the background props, all I really did was convert metal things to Lux's metal material type, using the provided texture as the custom texture. The entire air processing unit is one material zone, so all of it is metal, when some of it should probably be other mat types, or at least different polish levels of metal. But it's geometry is too coarse to use the polygon group editor to re-assign parts of it to new mat zones.
