I was born and grew up in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa until 1997 when I came to England. Since then I have lived in different parts of the UK including Scotland, where I completed my BA in Computer Arts at the University of Abertay Dundee (2004), and a Portfolio Development course at Dundee College. While at University I sold my pictures through The Gallery in Sedbergh, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
I have worked in a realistic style and also more intuitively to create abstract, inspirational and decorative works. I love to work with colour and I am fascinated by the simplicity of shape and line to which form can be reduced.
Currently I live in Cumbria, where I make polymer clay jewellery that I sell at the Craftworkshop - a co-operative venture with a variety of local crafters.
