This is a four-wheel vehicle for planetary exploration, human size but piloted by an automated servant. Tyres are composed by several independent metal sheet resilient to sand erosion. In this render, the vehicle is shown on the surface of planet Mars, recently arrived. The automated servant, whose size is equal to a man's, has no need to radiation isolation, fine thermal control or surrounded breathable atmosphere. However, the highly resilient servant is capable of take his own decisions to negotiate the path to drive successfully the vehicle through the difficult terrain of planetary surfaces. The test vehicle has no visible cameras but the servant's eyes.
It's fully designed in SolidWorks 14. After that, it's translated to 3D Max 5 and final render done in 3D Max 2010. This is so done because I usually work in SolidWorks 17 in my engineering office, so I'm accustomed to do all geometric design with this software.
