Save me

We turned away from one another so quickly. I couldn't help but fall. I reach my hand as you walk away. Yet you never turned to save me. I fell off into a ditch as my body was bruised and scarred. I couldn't move.. I couldn't feel. Won't you save me? I reach up thinking you'd come and pick me up.. Yet you left for good. Why does the pain hurt but I feel nothing? Am I really not worth saving? Does God look down at me that much with hatred cause I'm just a fallen angel who couldn't make it? I needed you in my life. I needed your hand to hold me tight. I needed you to save me from this hell, but I guess I wasn't worth saving. Won't you save me? Please save me... God save me! Maybe one day... Someone will save me. For now I'll just lay here and hopefully God will take me.
